Climbing Rucu Pichincha Volcano Next to Quito

Seth Allan Ames and Nate Skinner climb Rucu Pichincha. Video starts from Hostal Huauki in the Mariscal District of Quito and ends at the very top of Rucu Pichincha. We use a taxi, the Teleferico, horseback, and foot travel to make it to the top. Its an easy acclimatization climb before attempting larger mountains such as Cotopaxi. According to ECUADOR A CLIMBING GUIDE no one should attempt to climb Rucu Pichincha on account of robberies, assults and rapes that happen while attempting the climb.
