Please see our own apartment www.leschuss.webeden.co.uk which is in the most beautiful setting in Thollon Les Memises overlooking Lake Geneva. The beauty of this area, is that it is a family friendly ski area with skiing to the back door, but with larger ski resorts (Chatel, Avoriaz, Les Gets, Morzine etc) all within easy reach. Additionally, there is genuine summer letting income as all lakeside activities are in easy reach. It should be an area of interest and you would pick up a really nice chalet property with your budget. There is also really good management agents nearby who can look after your property and direct lettings your way. Please contact if you wish to discuss further.
