Any advice as to a good place to buy a ski appartment in the French Alps?
My partner and I are looking to buy a ski appartment in the French Alps which sleeps 4 to 6 people (2 bedrooms). It needs to be somewhere which can provide a winter and a summer income, so summer activities are important. Ideally we'll be able to ski directly back to the village/town from higher slopes. We'd like to spend no more than 300,000 Euros. Thanks.

The beauty of this area, is that it is a family friendly ski area with skiing to the back door, but with larger ski resorts (Chatel, Avoriaz, Les Gets, Morzine etc) all within easy reach. Additionally, there is genuine summer letting income as all lakeside activities are in easy reach. It should be an area of interest and you would pick up a really nice chalet property with your budget.
