Where can I get the cheapest airfare from Chicago to Cebu, philippines?
Travelling to Cebu early next year to visit family and friends, no definite date yet, just looking for a good price for airfare.
Try www.wholesale-fares.com. They specialize in international travel. I would avoid late January – early February since plane tickets are more expensive due to people flying home for lunar new year.

i believe cathay pacific (www.cathaypacific.com) has one of the cheapest flights to cebu and being the only airline to fly from the USA via hong kong to cebu.
from chicago you would first fly to either los angeles or san francisco on a cathay pacific flight operated by american airlines. then from there you would fly to hong kong and then to cebu on a cathay pacific flight.
another great plus is that cathay pacific serves such scrumptious food, and they have in-seat personal televisions. truly a 5-star airline!
