What is the most affordable way to travel from Burbank to Vegas (with higher fuel cost)?

I would like to leave on a Thursday (late evening) and return in the evening on Sunday. Any suggestions about finding the most affordable ways to travel would be greatly appreciated.

If you are going by yourself, then the most affordable way will be flying out of burbank or taking Greyhound from Pasadena or downtown.
If you are going with one or two other people, then driving will be cheaper.

  If you are in a hurry, then may I recommend to you that use any major airline like North West Airlines or even American Eagle can take you there.

  southwest ding fare from BUR to LAS for $45 one-way, much better than bus.

  Megabus. Dirt cheap. Check it out, http://www.megabus.com They run buses from La to Vegas daily.
